Arrows showing on menus with sub-pages

My site is in dev mode,http://www.albanyprep.org/new
I am using the Ukao Menu add on and so far really like it.
The one issue that I am having is that it is not showing an arrow on all of the menu pages that have sub-pages. The only one that shows up is the left most page in the nav.
I have tried to play with the menu width, but nothing seems to help.
Any ideas?
