How to make Ukao Menu the default when creating a new page

When adding a new page, I would like to have the Ukao Menu the default and automatically be there when the page is created.
I am using the plain yogurt theme (customized) so when I add a new page it has the normal auto-nav as the navigation.
Any ideas on what to change in the header.php to make this happen.
I have been able to make the header image automatically appear by making changes to the header.php and main.css.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You need to add the Ukao Menu to the page defaults. You can do this by going to Dashboard > Pages & Themes > Page Types and then click on page defaults next to the page type. Any changes you make here will be the default for the next page you create of that page types. You will need to add it to each page type you plan to use.
