I have a similar problem.
When choosing to display pages at the second level there is a "fatal error: call to undefined method ADOBD...
To be sure there was a problem I installed this in a clean c5 install (concrete5.5.2.1)

Have you tried clearing the site cache? What is the rest of the error?

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I did try clearing the cache. I tried it on the site I needed it for and also a fresh clean install. This is the error: Fatal error: Call to undefined method ADODB_mysql::querycache() in /home/concrete5/public_html/packages/ukao_menu/blocks/ukao_menu/controller.php on line 612

I uploaded a new version (1.5.2), can you try it and see if it fixes the error.
