Vivid Locations is not compatible to C5 5.7.5.9

Vivid Locations Block diplays the following message when installing:
Declaration of Concrete\Package\VividLocations\Block\VividLocationsMap\Controller::registerViewAssets() should be compatible with Concrete\Core\Block\BlockController::registerViewAssets($outputContent = '')
I noticed there was no activity for more than a year. Will this be fixed in the very near future?
