Vimeo Thumbnail not available or share URL is invalid.

Just purchased this block and have used it successfully in the past. However there is an issue as the video thumbnail will not work and returns this error message. "Vimeo Thumbnail not available or share URL is invalid."

The Vimeo thumbnail uses fopen() to retrieve the image, check that your server has fopen enabled

Hi Yes it was the fopen set on the server.
In PHP 5.4 or earlier the user could set ini variables from their script, which could be potentially dangerous, especially with fopen url and fopen url include. curl library retrieval seems to be used for these tasks im told its safer
The server was updated from 5.4 to 5.6 to run http/2.0 which accelerates secure websites. Along with PHP 7, 7.1 and 7.2 for scripts that need it. PHP older than 5.6 is declared obsolete now.
