Certain Galleries cannot be added to my site

Permalink Browser Info Environment
I am trying to add a gallery to my site and it will not show up. If I choose a different gallery it has no problem, but the one I am trying to add won't go. I deleted it and created a new one and it still doesn't work.

At the PHPMyAdmin, click on "whaleGalleria", then "Export" the table.
