I replied but this addon is no longer supported so I won't reply to any other issue you may have.
It's entirely possible this doesn't integrate well with the other extensions you mention. Everything you download from the concrete5.org marketplace has been tested and works with the core CMS, but I'm afraid we can't test every add-on with every other add-on in every possible combination.
If you're interested in us spending time working on your own install and customizing whatever code needs to be changed to make these work together, we can put together an estimate for that time. Our fee is $150 an hour with a minimum of 2 hours.
My apologies we don't have an easier answer.
