I am looking to develop a site for a specific niche. Part of fulfilling the design requirements is the support for multiple blogs.
These multiple WP blogs will be "owned" and edited by specific clients who will make use of them under a SaaS type model.
Does this add on support this kind of functionality?

The edit links appear for users which have editing rights on the same page. It is possible that one user may see edit links for another blog, but from that point it will be based on WordPress credentials.
