Youtube Background OMG FREE Not Working

I installed the free version of your Youtube background, but I can't seem to get it added to a page on my site.
When I try to add the block to the site, I get this error:
"Fatal error: Class name must be a valid object or a string in /hermes/bosoraweb039/b18/ipg.dunamiskaratecom/dunamiskarate/concrete/startup/process.php on line 842"
What am I doing wrong??

1) Uninstall and re-install the package;
2) Try uploading the files for YouTube Background again (in case 1 or more files didn't upload properly).
3) Test the add-on with the default Plain Yogurt theme to see if your theme is causing any issues.
