Decimal places in target

Hi,
I need one decimal place in the final number however it only allows whole numbers.
We need to finish at 3.5 million as using 3,500,000 is way too long. I assumed that setting the decimal place to 1 would allow this.
Also would it be possible to have the suffix with more characters so we can use million instead of just M.
