Navigation home color does not change even if preset color is changed

I bought "baseline" in the concrete 5 market.
Although I set it for my site, even if design → customize → preset "red" etc. are selected, the color of the menu bar changes with the whole, but the color of the menu bar of the currently selected page becomes the initial "Blue" is not changed.
I deleted the browser cache etc, but it is in the same state.
