Headings don't show in IE9

This theme was working in other browsers but in IE9 none of the heading (H1) text was showing... there was just empty space.
It turns out this theme uses Cufón fonts for headings, and there's a newer version of the font script that works in IE9.

You need to replace the "cufon-yui.js" file in
packages/theme_boldy/themes/boldy/js
with the newer version (1.09i) that is available here:
http://cufon.shoqolate.com/generate/...
