My customer purchased this theme but I do not see a button or menu option to download the file(s) to install the theme.

Currently the theme is still unassigned to a project. You need to assign it to the website domain to be able to download it from the interface. Alternatively, you can go to your profile page then transactions then licenses. You will be able to download it from there.
