Theme Doesn't Load

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Purchased the Canto theme and looks like it loaded fine. (Running Concrete on my server.) When I select the theme either in Design or Block Edit, it does nothing. Blank theme is showing. In Block edit, the only theme showing is "default". The Canto theme is not even listed. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

Thanks for the reply. I'm just trying to do a simple website for my daughter and it looked like concrete would be easy to use. But not having much luck so far. LOL. What I want is a simple header with a background image at the top, a small navigation bar below the header, the content area, and a simple footer. Nothing fancy. However, the editor I'm seeing won't let me remove areas I don't want or modify the size where the header image is displaying, or do much of anything. I'm probably just missing something and I have watched the "how-to" videos, but honestly the guy doing those videos looks like he's on speed and just zooms through everything WAY too quickly. Didn't really get much out of any of the videos at all. I've done web design for over 30 years, and feel a little stupid not being able to figure this out. Maybe access to the source code would help. I'm attaching a couple of screenshots.

The site url is:
https://clearcreekservantsofmercy.org/conc8/index.php...

Also, could you explain this if I'm just way off base. When I purchased your theme and loaded (extended) my basic concrete theme, I assumed that when I selected it in the design mode, that your theme (as I saw it in the preview mode...) would actually load and I would be able to edit it. Is that not the way this works or am I missing a step? Is it just the basic framework that loads? Also I picked "left navigation bar" in the design mode and saved it just to see if it gave me that area after. It didn't change anything. Just totally confused. I'm using FireFox (Mozilla) as my browser. Thanks for your help.

Any suggestions appreciated. It's probably more the concrete cms than your template. The cms seems a bit lame. Thanks again.

Also, when I select "customize", all I get are the "Blue Moon, Cancun, etc...." options and when I click on one of those, all I can do is modify colors (link, text, etc). I have no control over the header size, the spacing for the navigation menu, etc....

Well...I went ahead and set up the new project site and disassociated Canto with the first one and assigned it to ServantsOfDevineMercy.org. I tried to copy a few of the files over via FTP. The ones I thought you may have modified. But it looks like I'm back at step one. Nothing I tried seems to have worked. Any help appreciated. Thanks. No rush. Getting ready to leave on a cruise.

If it'll make it easier I'll send you my FTP info for both sites. Or just let me know which files to copy over from ClearCreek to ServantsOfMercy? Thanks Steven!
