I couldn't find an option to post a review, so this should work.
I bought this theme early last week, and after I got it installed I found it doesn't look anything like the screenshots posted in the market.
I sent the developers a message about this, and two days later I got an obscure answer that essentially said I obviously didn't know how to manage the theme. After clarifying that I am not an idiot, they said they do not offer refunds. I assured them there would be an exception in this case, and they could either refund my money, or I would begin a lengthy judicial process.
Before they had a chance to respond again, Concrete5 got involved and refunded the charges.
While their work might be just what you're looking for, be wary of these guys... they're wolves in sheeps clothing.
