Adding pages to NavBar

Hi,
I've just purchased the Clearview template and it totally rocks! You can check it out athttp://scartissue.com.au. I am trying to add in the Press Release page to the scrolling menu/navbar and am a tad unsure as to how to achieve this. Any pointers? I dont necessarily want to move the page into the top heirarchy.

The menu automatically pulls pages from the top level, so you will have to add a Press Release page under the Home page to get it to show up in the menu - there really isnt a way around that.
