Change Show/Hide Content icon

Hi
My client would like the icon in the top right which controls whether or not you see the image alone or image and content to Read "Show/Hide Content" as they don't think that most people with have a clue what the plus minus symbol means. I have had a look in the toggle content section of main.css but can see no way of doing this.
Anyone got a suggestion?
