how do i make the menu bar button as a link?

I am trying to use world press, and under "blog" i would like to just link this to a sub directory within my site. How can I do this?

You'll want to just create an external link in your site's navigation. Go to your site's dashboard and go to the Sitemap page. Click on the Home page and select Add External Link from the menu. Enter the link name and url.
