Image logo shows up while logged into dashboard, but not on live site

While in edit mode, I can upload images into logo area (global area in header), can change it multiple times, all is fine, but as soon as I log out of site the logo/images disappears.

I figure it's probably something simple that I'm doing or not doing, and I'd appreciate any help.

Well guess I didn't troubleshoot long engough. Right after posting this message, I disabled the "link to homepage" for the logo, and now when I sign out of dashboard, image logo shows up just fine.

So not sure why hyperlink is jacking things up.
