"Device Visibility" Not Working with Cosmos Theme

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hi. Great looking theme. But another issue: "Device Visibility" is not working with the Cosmos Theme. Specifically Device Visibility under Device & Block Template > Shadow & Rotation. To confirm that it is not a core issue, I tried tested by using the Elemental theme then creating a page, and it works correctly. Thanks

Good Day. Respectfully, I have a follow-up question with regards to the 2/3 outstanding issues with the COSMOS these: Do you have an estimated time of completion? I had put completing a website using your theme that I purchased on hold until the updated version is ready. If you are having difficulty fixing the bug(s) or don't have time to fix same, please let me know so I can make other arrangements. Thank you.

Sorry for the delay. Neil is currently looking into this but he was not in on Friday. He should be back tomorrow (Monday).

Kind regards

Good Day: The Device Visibility issue is Not fixed. The issue remains. I have tested on other browsers and devices. It Does Not work on Desktop and Laptop (The last two of the four device) options. However, It does seem to work when the mobile (first option) is selected. Hopefully, you can have this fixed soon for your customers. Thanks.

Hi chrnationnypadc,

We've found that the classes used for bootstrap 4 and 5 for hiding blocks doesn't work like it used to on bootstrap 3. We have updated the theme to fix this issue. Can you update the theme on your end again and let us know if it's now working?

Kind regards,
Mary
