Version of your c5? Is other themes works fine? Can you provide ftp access, that i can check?

How can I reinstall it without paying again ?

check that names of folder be 'creative' with all letters in lowcase and creative/themes/creative

I'm having lots of problems with editing.
Any editing will only finalise by refreshing pages.
Biggest problem at moment - A page list from your original content cannot be deleted from the clipboard. If anything else is added to clipboard, only this pagelist is editable.
I'm trying to make the original home page a landing page and create a new homepage with your original layout ( which I like ) minus the slider.
I'll pm you the log in details.

Clear clipboard:
If you have access to phpMyAdmin or the SQLBuddy addon, open your database and delete the rows in the table called 'PileContents'
Wrong sidebar:
You put carousel page list block into left area, that's you cannot see sidebar

That's the problem:
I didn't put the pagelist in the sidebar. I'll try one more clean install of concrete5 and your software.
I can't be bothered with all these problems if it doesn't work then.

There are a few issues but I've now put them all down to version 8. I rolled the site back to 5.7.5.13 and everything works fine. More testing under 8.1 required I think.

Seems you uploaded to wrong directory.
Check that folder creative was in folder package.
