Navigation issue V9

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hi,

I am running some tests on my dev server before committing to updating an existing client to V9. They are currently on V8 with this theme.
I have an issue with an inline style being added to the nav when logged in as admin.
it is setting the z-index to 1 which results in the drop down menus and logo going behind some elements below.

<nav class="navbar navbar-default navbar-static-top custom-navbar navbar-expand-md" style="z-index: 1;>

Hi Colin,

May I know what is your environment information on your installed concrete5 and Crimson theme?

Best regards,
Neil

It is in the environment tab above.
Further testing shows that this issue can be demonstrated by using the image slider block with the default template.
If using the animated template the drop down goes behind the slider text if logged in.
When not logged in as admin the inline style is not added to the <nav

Hi Colin,

The z-index seems to be added by Concrete's bootstrap. But although this is the case, it doesn't show any display issues on our side even if the z-index was added. Can you please provide a screenshot of the issue?

Kind regards,
Mary
