Had problems with IIS + Concrete5 setup and had to reinstall Concrete5, theme access lost!

As the title says:
I had some problems with Concrete5 unrelated to the theme and was forced to reinstall Concrete5 from scratch. This caused me to lose access to the Dark Left theme and we cannot proceed with building the website until the problem is corrected. How do we restore access to Dark Left?
Also, when applying the Dark Left theme over the default elemental website you wind up with a mess of tiles that are impossible to organize into a working site without deleting everything. Is there a recommended way to correct this?
Thank you in advance for any and all help with these two issues.
