Issue with Image Slider in the theme

Permalink Browser Info Environment
We are using 'easy' theme in Concrete5 for our Intranet. The theme is working well but our problem is that image slider is showing in each page. Is there any possible way to show the image slider only in the home page. Please help.

That would require a basic customisation of the elements/header.php file within the Easy theme.

Currently the slider HTML code is located within that file so it applies to every page type within the theme. You could cut it out - everything inside this DIV:
<div id="header_banner">

and put it inside the home.php file.

Does this help?

Apologies for the delay. The "home" page type should only be applied to the home page, and then use the "default" page type for most other pages. If you've followed the instructions and placed the code in the right file then it should work ok.
