blocks not working with another theme

I am trying to add some of the great blocks from foundation theme to a site that uses bootstrap theme, but it doesn't work. Either the theme changes to Foundation (and the block works but I can't customize the menu and page types), or I get the Boostrap theme but then the foundation block doesn't work... :-(
How can I add a foundation block (e.g. accordion, drop-down, tabs) to a page that uses bootstrap theme or page type?

The blocks and theme both use Foundation so they are not compatible with Bootstrap. The blocks are not intended to be used with an other theme.
