Bug in 'Call To Action' block has left me hanging !

Permalink Browser Info Environment
I have got into a headache while I was experimenting with the Call to action block in the live website. I added the block and thought I deleted it, but it has apparently got into a state where it is no longer visible in any of the edit screens, but is showing in the live site.

Check out this sample page on the live site
http://snehadharafoundation.org/snehadhara/index.php/hello/...

You will see the remants of action block with the words "Visit our Blog come come" !!!

Tried everything and have no clue how to delete this block now. Please help.

Hello and thanks (again) for buying our theme. This isn't a theme issue,
there is a bug in concrete5 which relates to Global Areas. There is a fix
that will put you right - simply log in, add another block to the same
area, then publish the page. Then edit and remove your new block and
publish the page again - you should find that area is clear.
