Changing Banner Background to a picture

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Okay maybe just a total newbie idiot question.
But in customize theme, was hoping to change from just a color to an image instead.
Here: Banner Background and Footer Top Background... Have limited experience
why i got a theme :)

If i may ask a 2nd question.. Possible to use the light box along with Pinterest pins ?
Rich pins or standard pins. Or a better way

Thank you john

The built in customizer tool for concrete5 5.6 does not allow background images, just color.

The light box block display images from a file set within your file manager and offers no further functionality. If you need to display social media posts/images etc then perhaps consider the Social Like add-on that can be purchased via the concrete5 marketplace.

You could edit the CSS and set your image there. Consider that if you update the theme after that, you will lose your changes.

E.g. to modify your banner image, go to main.css and add a background-image attribute to line 92.

Using "developer tools" in Firefox will help you with this.
