Hello!
Dear Sirs,
we've bought your templet.
It's really very good and we like it!
It is well documented and we've almost had no difficulty except one thing.
The question is how to insert the logo into the templet correctly? We follow the instruction, but fail each time((.
Would you be so kind to give us more full step instruction? With pictures if possible.
Thanks in advance.
Regards!
Mike

Hi Mike,

Thanks for your kind words about our theme.

In regards to getting your logo working within the theme - are you refreshing your browsers window once you have added this?

Which part in particular are you struggling with?

If you would be happy to provide us with a URL and a log in sent via private message then I can certainly take a quick look.

Thanks
Andy

Dear Andy,
Thanks for your reply.
Of course, we are refreshing the browser window after we add the logo. You know, we are following the instructions very thoroughly. But still we fail to add the logo. We follow all steps, but the logo doesn't appear. Could you please give us more full step instruction, so that we can try again.
Regards!
Mike

Hi,

Just looking at the instructions we have herehttp://foundation.formigo.co.uk/documentation/... they are pretty comprehensive. Without seeing your site, it is pretty hard to see were you are going wrong I am afraid.

Add a 'Stack' from dashboard > blocks > stacks
Name the stack anything you like i.e. 'Logo'
Click on the stack and click 'Add Block'
Choose the 'Image' block
Upload and add your logo
Click on the block and select 'Custom Template'
Use My_Site_Name as the Block Name (Please note this must be exact with the underscores etc)
Click 'Save'
Click 'Approve Changes'

Please note that the maximum height for the logo/image is 45px. The maximum width depends on how many navigation links you have.

The only thing I can suggest is that you ensure you definitely have the 'top-bar' navigation template enabled on the site and that you have followed the instructions exactly as above. Other than that, as I have said, if you give us a URL and Private Message us a log in I can take a look.

Thanks
Andy
