One Footer Image Block Isn't Displaying?

Permalink Browser Info Environment
I've created and placed four image blocks in the footer but the third one refuses to display; it displays whilst logged into the dashboard, but disappears when I sign out. Tried clearing the Cache but didn't fix it. Do you know if there's a reason why it's not displaying please?

This sounds like a known bug in concrete5 where copying and pasting blocks in global areas can cause the issue you are seeing. To fix this you would need to remove the blocks from the affected areas and publish the page. Then add a content block and publish once more. Finally remove this block, publish and then rebuild the content as you like.

Thanks
