Using "disable_link_in_nav" feature of autonav breaks appearance
Permalink Browser Info Environment
As posted in the title, if a page uses the autonav attribute "disable_link_in_nav", it causes the appearance of the button in the navigation bar to malfunction.
I use this feature for grouping submenu items together and disabling the parent link, and since this theme does not give a very good indication of which parent is a clickable link and which one isn't, I only use items which do not have nested pages for information.
I used to work around this by using "replace_link_with_first_in_nav" and having a landing page when clicked, however, I've recently resorted our navbar with the addition of new menu items, and it is now excessively complex trying to make general landing pages for every nested group.
