What video file extension supported by your flex video block? What is best file extension that can be viewed by all the popular web browsers?

It's intended as an iframe embed so Youtube or Vimeo would typically be the targets, and they handle serving the correct file format.
I have loaded my video on Youtube and Vimeo. But your block just did not response. Even filling in the dialog block with the url, nothing is coming back and the block is blank.
