Webiste error after theme customize change

ITS VERY VERY URGENT
I tried changing button color thru theme customization and got the error. Now I am not bale to open the website and it gives error like. Website is crashed due to theme change and saving. Do the needful immediately. Website ishttp://www.allnyx.com

It is not memory full or server issue.
As you know I have purchased " Equinox" theme and after changing button color thru theme customize button, this error has started coming.
Due to theme bug or error, this has happened and I have communicated many times but no proper answer.
Why theme change cuased this problem?
I am not able to open any page of the website and also not able to login to the website. Looks like theme has many bugs and it caused to crash the website.
Let me know how to resolve this issue.
