An unexpected error occured

Permalink Browser Info Environment
I am having some issues while adding content to this theme for a client. When changing blog posts, it breaks the home page with the error An unexpected error occurred, File does not exist. I fixed this once, but the issue reoccurred. I believe it is related to the blog list on the front page not refreshing. There is not information in the error log I have identified as helpful to resolving the issue. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
