Is it possible to add a small search block on the sitewide header nav area beside the navigation panel?

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hi There,

Thanks for the Theme. I'm trying to have a search box on the top right of the site (similar to what the concrete5.org site has). Would appreciate tips on what settings need to be changed to enable this?

Regards
