Not allowed to move blocks (on ocassion). error with POST?

I have had issues with editing in 8.2.1 that I did not have in 8.2. I don't know if this is a C5 issue I should feed up to that forum or if it goes here (in case its a fundamental<->C5 interaction issue).

Periodically I receive an error relating to moving blocks to different layouts. When that happens I cannot move blocks at all. I have to give the system some time. Here is one of them:

Hi there, the theme does not control block movement and the errors point to concrete5. You would be best placed posting this on the general forums to see if anyone else has encountered similar problems.
