Render Blocking Java Script

Hi there,

I have my site up and running and I'm generally very pleased with everything.

However, there seems to be a lag when loading the site up and google is suggesting that I remove render-blocking java script.

I've been looking in to this a lot to try and resolve myself, but
1) I do not know if moving the java script into the footer is going to cause an issue
2) I cannot find the file in which it is included (I've looked in every header file I can find)!

I've included the bits that it comments on below. Could you tell me if they can be moved from the header (java script) and which files I would need to move the Java script from.

I think this is a fairly common issue - if you know of an alternative solution, it would be great to hear.

Its a bit hard to make out the URLs but the second would appear to be a concrete core file and we cannot assist with this.

As for the first, if the issue is important to you you may want to experiment with adding the attribute async. This will prevent blocking, although we cannot vouch for the script as it has not been tested as an asynchronous load - and this is a third party script.

Rather than locate and move you'd add the atrribute to the script include which is in Fundamental / themes / fundamental / elements / head.php.

Please backup any files you modify so that you can revert should the results not be as you would wish.
