Site wide blocks not showing when logged out

Permalink Browser Info Environment
I initially hid several pages from our Fundamental themed Concrete5 site - by setting the Exclude From Nav attribute on those pages, also changing their View permission to Administrators.

This caused all site wide blocks (both for header and footer) to disappear when not logged in as Administrator.

To try and resolve this I deleted the two pages that had initially been hidden, however the problem persists.

No idea where to go with this next, please could you advise how to resolve.

Hi there,

I would not imagine this is an issue with the theme, but rather your concrete5 installation.

The theme does not interact on this level, so it should not cause you to loose content.

The only thing I could suggest, is, are you using the correct page templates/types etc?
