SVG in top bar logo stack

I would like to use an SVG image in the top bar logo position. I had a JPG in there previously and it seemed to work fine, when I use a SVG the images appears in the stack but not on the page.

Funny thing, I just noticed the logo shows up on my phone, but not on the desktop or tablet. Very weird.
Have you tried clearing your cache?
