Update to more recent php

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hi
I built my website a few years ago when my domain was hosted by Siteground on php 5.6. They have just stopped supporting this php version so my website/admin area is now inaccessible.
Is there a way via the Site tools to add/alter files to update the php functionality to php 7.4 or higher so that my website will function, be visible and my admin area accessible again?
I'm not a techy, but I'm good at following instructions and can find files and change code if told what I need to do.
TIA
Roger

Is there an updated version of Fundamental (that I somehow missed the update option for) that I can upload and replace the old version files in Site Tools so that it will function again?
Thanks
Roger

OK thanks for the info that this is not theme related.

Is it possible to update C5 via Siteground Site Tools and if so where do I get the most up to date version of C5 that will still support the theme?

Not a clue. You'd be best asking this in the general concrete5 forums.
