How to add "Site Name Mobile" stack for displaying site name in mobile devices?

Hi,
I would like to see a site name when on mobile view. Your minimal documentation states: "Dont forget to add "Site Name Mobile" stack for displaying site name in mobile devices."?
I have already created such a stack with a site name. Does it automatically get used by your theme or should it be inserted somewhere? How is this supposed to be used to show the site name?
Any guidance would be appreciated!

if you can not see that stack create it with the exact name 'Site Name Mobile' without quotes.
