Every page in the template is making a call to the header.php file and in that file there is a call to the header image. If you want a different header image you will have to modify the code in the header.php file. The easiest thing to do would be to code an editable block into the header so you could change it in edit mode at the page level. Your other option is to establish different header images for each page type then create new header.php files for each of those page types. For instance, for the "Home" page type leave the code as is for header.php. and then for the Left Sidebar edit the page so that it calls headerL.php and for the right sidebar have it call headerR.php. I don't think this will solve your problem of wanting a different image on each page but is a step in the right direction.
If I get time (maybe tomorrow) I can see if it's a quick fix. If it is I can send you the new template file. Private Message me your email and I'll see what I can do.
