Hi David,
The drop down menu isn't appearing for me for sub pages, like your demo.
I've looked at the other 2 posts within this forum and they have not helped.
Please advise on how to resolve this issue.

you could also try this:
Edit the menu with a new template.
Click on the menu box and click on 'Custom Template'.
Select the 'Karma' header menu template
Now you need to select the 'Header Menu Karma' template. When that has been selected click the 'Save' button."

Also make sure you auto-nav has the following settings:

Without it, it doesn't show any sub-pages.

Don't expect any support for the theme, the developer hasn't been contactable for months now.
I had the same issue, and am trying to remember how I fixed it......
firstly go to the edit window for the navigation, and make sure it looks like the attachment.
