May i know is that any way to adjust the fancybox gallery to center? Currently, my site is same as pic1. Pic 2 is the one i want.

try going to Dashboard -> Themes -> Long Story Short Parallax -> Customize -> Add your CSS, and pasting the following code:

However, right now the theme works fine with other add-ons available in the marketplace (such as Whale Nivo Slider or Sortable Fancybox Gallery):
