'Feature' block

Great block! Would it be possible to add an 'open in new window' option when using links in the Feature block?
Thanks!

Hi Jordi
I found this trail of support queries regarding "Feature" basic block.
How is it possible to add a few features, eg.. Facebook, Wechat, Weibo... side by side in footer area? I tried to insert table first, then add features but unable to do so.
And by adding 1 feature at a time, the feature icon can only sit vertically in footer area hence taking up space.
Appreciate your help again.
thanks

Hi!
Typically you would use a Layout to add several columns and then add a block to each column (https://documentation.concrete5.org/editors/in-page-editing/block-areas/add-layout). However, the footer is a Global areas, and layouts are not supported in global areas.
So in this case i'd recommend a different approach: since the theme is based on Bootstrap, you can use the "pull-left" or "pull-right" css classes.
Try this: click on each block, choose Design & Custom template, and enter the following Custom CSS Class: pull-left
Hope this helps,
Jordi

Hi Jordi
it seems that the custom CSS pull-left works by 'shortening' or 'fitting' the space of the footer design area to the size of the icon, not the alignment. The icons inserted still sits below one another.
thanks

Hi,
just to make sure, have you added the class to each block design or to the global footer area? If I add the class to each feature block, it works fine for me.
If you post a link to your site I can have a look,
Jordi

Hi Jordi
I could not achieve that result. I've changed the footer to a text block to link to another 'disclaimer' page. The footer link and text works well in the working sitemap but when I publish the website, the footer is not showing.
I have attached the working site file for your reference. You may refer to the live site athttp://www.chipscamp.com where the footer is not there.
thank you for assisting to look into it again.
Thanks

Hi,
so probably the Footer area is saved but not published/approved. Can you go to Dashboard -> Stacks & Global areas, click on Global Areas -> Footer Right, and make sure the last version is Approved/Live (by clickin on Version History).
Hope this helps,
Jordi

thanks Luca! Actually the Feature block is a concrete5 bult-in block.
However the "open in new window" option is a good idea. I've posted a new thread in the forum to see if we can add this option in the next update of concrete5:
