Page content is sub page

Is it possible if you click on a "first menu page" that you see the content of the first sub page?
In other words: I don't want to add text or whatever on the "first menu page", but I want, if you click the first menu page, directly land on the first sub page. And skip the "first menu page".
Hope my question is clear.
With "first menu page" I mean a page on the same level as "home".
