Hi hellogarretcarrol,

Thanks for your purchase and sorry to hear you are having some issues installing.

When you say it won’t let you install, can you tell me exactly what it’s saying please, any error message that is being displayed?

Best Regards,

David

Hi David,

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. I've attached screenshots. It has been a minute since I've last installed a theme so it's possible I'm doing something wrong.

I've followed the steps to install Modena, it seems its just not letting me install

Hi There,

Thanks for the screenshots, that does seem odd, you mentioned in your first message that you may be logged into a different account, and that could be the issue as your purchase will only be linked to the account you purchased under, that would be the first thing to try, release Modena from the current project then disconnect your site from that particular community account and re-connect to the other one, that will then at least rule out the wrong account being used.

I think this may be the issue as Modena works with both ConcreteCMS v8 and v9 and as you are purchasing through your site it would not let you buy the wrong one, and even on a manual install it would let you know its the wrong version, so I think the wrong account being used is the prime suspect.

If that does not resolve things, I think the best course would be to contact ConcreteCMS directly,https://www.concretecms.com/about/contact-us/information-request... as I can only be of limited help here I don't have any access to the marketplace so I can't see if anything is wrong behind the scenes.

I hope that helps a little, please keep me posted.

Best regards

David

Hi David,

Yes, I will try that. I'm having trouble figuring out how to connect my latest email. Ideally from the community email you should see my old theme as a project as well. I will see how far I can get with concrete5 support. Thank you so far.

Also, I could just reset my old email address...just prefer to keep everything on my latest email for work-related purposes. If that's the case could I get a refund and the just purchase it on my other community email? Let me see if I can update it first.

Thanks again.

Best,
Garrett

Hi David

I couldn't wait any longer for support. So I logged into my old account and just bought it again. Is there a way to get refund for ORDER NUMBER : #152943.

I already bought a new one which the order number is #152956.

Just to let you know, that was the issue the fact that I was logged into another community. So the under Extend Concrete5 > Project Page link. If you are logged into the community with a different email the link will take you to which ever community you are currently logged in as even if its not connected to concrete5 itself. see attachment for proof.

Thank you again for all the quick responses and help!
