Are you talking about the space where the Page Title is outputted? If so, add this to the "Add your CSS" box in the theme's customization panel (Dashboard->Pages and Themes->Themes and click Customize button next to OfficeSpace):
#feature-title {
padding: 20px 20px;
}

FYI, The first value is the top/bottom padding so you'll want to change that to whatever you want it to be.

It's the area between the top navigation and the body..

That is the space between the navigation and the body. But try this if you're talking about the space after where the page title is and the main content:
#wrapper {
    margin-top: 20px;
}

Change 20px to whatever you want.
