I change this in C5 dashboard/system/basics/social
but it dont change ?
any idea ?

The links are "share" links that are populated automatically with the URL of the website.
To edit or remove these social links, you need to edit the theme file with FTP or other file managers;
File to edit:
packages/theme_ig_onepage/themes/ig_onepage/full.php starting line#30
