Upon installation, I received this error:

At a rough guess, a 0 is required for fID rather than ""

Uninstalled the package, edited content.xml and set fID to 0 <fID>0</fID> at line 675, installed again and package installed without further error.

I wanted to inform you that the Ortho Theme is now updated to resolve the issue regarding with the content.xml. Let me know if you already updated your copy of Ortho theme without any error.
