Hi lottodesign,

I will look into this to address the issue in installing the Ortho Theme using PHP8.1.10 version. I have tested out the Ortho theme using PHP7.4 but will investigate other PHP versions.

Best regards,
Neil

Hello, we have installed the theme and unfortunately it does not show the mobile menu. We are using PHP 8.1 and Concrete version 9.1.3.
Can you help us here?

Hi miosdesign,

Have you installed the current latest version 2.0.3 of Ortho Theme? If so can you please post a screenshot of the error regarding with the main navigation mobile view that is not showing and what browser you are currently using? If not can you please update the Ortho Theme to the latest version and let me know if that solves the issue.

Best regards,
Neil

Hi miosdesign,

Have you tried accessing your site with mobile device if the mobile menu is showing and working?

Hi Neil, yes - I had looked at that.
Problem found: I completely reinstalled Concrete with version 9.1.3 and installed the theme. Now everything works in the mobile version as well.
I think it was due to the update from C8 to C9.
Thanks a lot for your efforts.

Hi Neil,

everything is working fine for me gladly.
Only 1 strange thing, when I edit the design to customize the skin, in the preview screen I'm getting a error screen.
But, everything I change does get through, so, it's just 'cosmetics'.

Thnx for the work!

Charlotte
